Pashto Verbs in the Past Tense: A Computational View\protect \RL (bibtex)
by Muhammad Abid Khan and Fatima-tuz Zuhra
Abstract:
The two major tenses in Pashto, that is the past tense and the present tense, are discussed. The future tense is considered included in the present tense because a very small change to the present tense converts it to the future tense. In this paper, verbs in the past tense are discussed in detail. The main emphasis is on the classification and construction of verb, in the past tense, with the help of suitable examples.
