Abstract = {This paper explores and investigates those poets and literary personalities who were non-Pashtoons yet had the ability to write in Pashto. These non-Pashtoons were generally Sikhs and Hindus. The writer has in his research gone through the works of 47 poets. He has also provided examples of their works. His main objective is to prove the flexibility of the Pashto language. Pashto is easy to understand and flexible enough to absorb and retain literary works in all subjects. Furthermore, the Pashtoons as a race have a generosity of spirit and big heartedness that allows them to welcome into their circle people of different races. That is one of the reasons why foreigners are attracted not only towards their way of life but also their language.},
