Abstract:
The writer bemoans the fact that many great literary personalities like Mohammad Abdul ma’bood are being forgotten after their demise. The writer has in this paper hightlighted this great poet’s achievements and significance. Mohammad Abdul ma’bood belonged to the marwat region and he is not only a great Pashto poet but also a writer and journalist. He is also the author of Khubsoorty in urdu. His subjects/themes are generally literary and religious. This paper traces his life and works.
