Rahman Baba's Message to Humanity\protect \RLانسانيت ته د رحمان بابا پېغام (bibtex)

Abstract:
Abdul Rahman Baba, a well-known mystic poet, was born in a village near Peshawar called Bahadar Kalay. He belonged to a prominent Mohmand tribe of the Pashtoons,his exact date of birth and death are not known, yet it can be said that he was an almost. Exact contemporary of Mughal King Aurangzeb (1659-1701 AD). So we conclude Rahman Baba lived from AD 1632 to 1715. He was the son of the chief (Malik) of the village. His father's name was Abdul Sattar and his brother's name was Aziz Khan. Some people say that he was a poor Mullah of the village. Whether Malik or not, Rahman Baba describes himself as a poor faqeer. Rahman got his early education from his own village i.e. Bahadar Kaly, Peshawar . he got the education of "fiqah and tassawuf" in his village from Mullah Muhammad Yousaf Yousafzai. He went to Kohat to get more education from Haji Bahadar, a well known mystic and religious scholar of the sub-continent.
