Abstract = {Every poet is the product of his inner self and his age. His poetry, on one hand is connected with the society he lives in and on the other hand his poetry shows his association with his family circles. That is the reason that two poets from the same area will have many similarities, despite the fact that they were brought up in different areas with different social set up. Josh Maleeh Abadi in Urdu poetry and Ghani Khan in Pashto poetry have nothing common apparently. But if we consider certain facts about them, such as; they are contemporary poets; both are pathans; both are well off and both have the romantic and revolutionary bent of mind. There are certain incidents that a comparative study between them is possible. This
