Abstract = {Ali khan (1150-1220 Hijri approximately) is known as a versatile and reputed poet of classical age. He has produced multi dimensional poetry in Pashto. So, he is specially known for his outstanding and classical odes. His poetry can be divided in to so many topics. Most of the odes composed by him are regarded as master pieces. The classical Pashto poetry seems incomplete without his contribution. Besides all these Ali Khan has also added themes based on Islamic, Quranic and Hadith in his poetry. This research paper shows a very special and remarkable quality of his such poetry. In so many verses and even in a complete poem he has used the themes of Quranic verses and Ahadith. This quality has added much beauty, charm, objectivity and immortality to his poetry. In this research paper the same has been discussed with reference to the Holy Quran and Ahadith of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). The poetry bearing such qualities is hereby tallied with Quran and Hadith and references are made available to confirm and strengthen the point of view of the poet. I am sure that completely new and research based information will be seen by the readers through this research paper.},
