Abstract:
It is a matter of revelation not for the present generation as well as for the future generation that Arbab Sikandar Khan Khalil was not only a politician and well known lawyer, but he was also a well known prose writer. He authored five books on different topics including philosophy and economics. The views of eastern experts in this regard have been presented by him in a very easy and simply way. Apart from this his unpublished paper titled "Other Side of the Picture" on the history of Hindustan is called a tremendous work as far as the history of India is concerned.
